The Program Details
 
1. Who is this program for?
-This program is for practicing providers who feel stuck in their business growth, and are exhausted. They know there are 100 places they could spend their next dollar to try to get out of the rut, but don't know which things need to be fixed first, where money should be allocated, and feel paralyzed to make a move. Whether you're an ND who is great fixing patients but not great at fixing your bank account and patient boundaries, a previous CNS intern of mine who is looking to continue working with me, or a conventional MD, NP, etc. who is looking to make the change into natural healthcare and doesn't know anything about running a business because they've always been hospital employeed, I'm here to tailor a plan to you and your exact scenario. 

2. What does the program include? How does it work? What are the costs?
-Intake and ROF: Our initial fee is $1,000 which includes a business, website, & marketing audit we'll gather in advance, and a 1hr call to review our findings. We'll evaluate your niché and patient messaging, marketing ads, business workflow, fund-allocations and business structure, staff, and compile a report which we'll get on a call to review identifying areas that are broken and need an overhaul. Think of this as your initial intake, labs, and report of findings. You'll leave this meeting with a host of key identified issues (the diagnosis you've been looking for) and thorough explanation of the pathophysiology that has lead to your scenario. 

- Tx Plan and Implementation: After the audit and call with me, you can choose to sign on to our coaching program where we meet twice per month for 6 months to follow up on the recomendations, continually work out the kinks, and make sure you hit your goals. This 6 month plan execution program is $10,000 which includes:
- 2 Meetings per month via Zoom
- On-going e-mail support (capped at once a week)
- On-going re-audits and progress reports to ensure we're hitting goals

3. What makes this program different?
-A few things...
1. I'm an ND and everyday practicing provider, not an MBA or CPA. If you want someone to just talk about excel spreadsheets all day long, that is not me.  I understand running a natural healthcare business extremly well, but also know the medicine extremly well and can identify issues in both business structure and your healthcare practice and treatment plan structure that can improve patient outcomes (and thus increase return visits and revenue).

2. I do this because I'm passionate about you succeeding and integrative medicine taking over America, not because it is my livelihood. Many people have worked with business coaches before and have gotten swindled (or you never have because you're afraid to be swindled). When someone's whole business is predicated on you signing up for their continued coaching, they are incentivized to string you along with advice and encouragement to keep you as their income source. In my program there is no "hard sell", I made it based on request of dozens of providers, and a gap that needed to be filled.
While I do charge for this because my time is limited, this will never be my main source of income as my clinic will always far out-earn my business coaching. That means I'm here 100% for you, to ensure you succeed, and you succeeding fills that part of my heart that being a doctor doesn't. The more you succeed and help patients, the more I get to play a role in changing the life of 10's of thousands of patients around the country more than I could ever see in my practice. 

3. I'm not afraid to refer when I know it's best for you. If you need a cheap website guy, I've got you. Whether it is help finding staff, deals on medical equipment, the next podcast to watch or book to read, I'm happy to get you the resources you need to be successful. 

4. This is 100% tailored to you. I do not have a "magic checklist" of things wrong in your business. I don't have pre-recorded videos for you to watch on how to market that are out of date 6 months after being made, or a universal system that works for everyone. Just like my medicine, everything I recomend is personalized and tailored specifically to your case, your location, and your practice.

-The answer is probably yes.  Here is a shortlist bullet point resumé to give you an idea of my background in healthcare. 
Healthcare
- I've worked in healthcare 18 years, both conventional and natural

- I've got a lot of certifications. BS in health Science, MS in Applied Clinical Nutrition, Doctorate in naturopathic Medicine, and I'm certified in-> Oncology nutrition, Functional Medicine, Vision therapy, Phlebotomy, Medical Assisting, EKG Technician, Wound Care Tech.

-I've taught thousands of healthcare students, through 7 institutions including programs for allied healthcare, nutrition, chiropractic, naturopathic medicine, nursing, etc. 

Business
-I own and operate a Naturopathic Medicine clinic in an unlicensed state that generates over $2million / year in gross revenue.

-Business is in my blood. My mother was an entrepreneur, I had my first real job at 13, started taking business, marketing, and graphic design courses in high school 

- I've done business coaching with over 40 CNS interns who are fresh out of school starting their natural healthcare business and mentored dozens of NDs, DCs, MDs etc. through the ups and downs
-Prior to my healthcare journey, I was a brand loyalty manager for Nissan North America

-Prior to med school, I ran either ran marketing for was the office manager for multiple natural healthcare practices, including Naturopathic, chiropractic, and acupuncture offices. 

-I run / admin 6 different integrative medicine facebook groups focused on CAM businesses.

-I've owned my practice, worked for other practices, had IC's, employees, VAs, live admin, worked in person, virtual, practice in an unlicesed state, had medical supervision, been a part of practice sales, had residents, done memberships, etc. If you have a business structure you're thinking about, I've probably done it. I've run micropractices with just me, and currently have a team of 14, and comanage another office with a staff of another 8.

-Personal investing ->  I’m not a certified financial planner - but I have HYSA, HSA, trad401k, solo401k, Roth 401k, 403b, 401a, SURS, SEP-IRA, ETFs, mutual funds, stocks, crypto, REITs, properties, bonds, 529, UTMAs/UGMAs, guaranteed investment certificates, and probably others I'm forgetting, and I'm happy to address personal / family investing coaching with you alongside of your business goals. 
- I've watched hundreds of hours of the Ramsey show, Smart Money, Money Guys, Financial Audit, etc. and read over 60 books on entrepreneurship. Studying money and businesses is my way to escape healthcare when my brain can't handle anymore.
