Dr. Nari Salim 
ND, MSAc-s

Dr. Nari is the staff resident Naturopathic Doctor at Nourish Healthcare who graduates with her Masters in Acupuncture in
April 2022.  
As Nourish's resident, Dr. Nari assists Dr. Robinson & Dr. Jen with clinical tasks such as performing patient histories, blood draws, IV therapy, functional medicine lab interpretation and follow up, and acupuncture & oriental medicine.
Dr. Nari will begin seeing her own patients for
naturopathic consults, as well as acupuncture & oriental medicine in fall 2022. 

Dr. Nari specializes in the Brain-Gut connection, working with patients suffering from mental/emotional health problems, and gastrointestinal disturbances. She believes that to address and treat the root cause of disease, combining traditional Eastern medicine modalities including acupuncture, chinese herbology & botanical medicine, cupping, and moxibustion, with her traditional naturopathic and functional medicine training to ensure her patients are able to get a truly wholistic approach.

  • Dr. Nari is passionate about changing our healthcare system. She is working with the Illinois Association of Naturopathic Physicians to advocate for access to naturopathic medicine in IL. 

  • When she is not in the office, Dr. Nari spends her time cooking healthy and local foods, studying oriental medicine, and spending time with her partner, also a natural healthcare provider.
